Perhaps the most misunderstood word in the minds of people who’ve been wounded by the theology-oriented minds of the shadow masculine, “spirituality” has become confused with religion. It is not remotely the same whatsoever!
Humans have always been interested in spirituality. Humans have also invented religion as a substitute for it. Religion has given “spirituality” a bad reputation, like putting the label “sugar” of a jar of the hottest jalapeno peppers you can find, causing vast numbers of people to experience an intense mistrust of spirituality as that which will burn you instead of being the source of delight. Religion can neither provide people for a real experience with The Divine nor a vastly meaningful life purpose that is our nature and our destiny. Therefore it has been presented to humans as a charade and a false answer for the deepest human need–Divine connection. The men who replaced Jesus with theology robbed humanity of their deepest need being met–a real, experiential, and personal KNOWING of their Divinity within. This message of Jesus was officially taken away at the Council of Nicaea in 325CE and the human race has been reeling and floundering because of the distortions of the Roman Catholic church that replaced Jesus with theology.
Jesus spoke Aramaic. He taught in Aramaic. He did not know or speak Greek or English, yet these have become the sources for what the church calls the “truth from the original languages” in which they claim, 1) the English is an accurate rendering of the Greek. It is not. and 2) the Greek is an accurate rendering of the Aramaic Jesus. IT IS NOT!! The oldest manuscripts known today were written in Aramaic, not Greek. Jesus’ Aramaic teachings are principles of spiritual practice–not at all like the theology of man-made religion. Jesus taught spiritual principles of
–Loving ourselves
–Loving our enemies
–Loving The Divine
–Turning the Other Cheek
–Birthing a New Self
–Returning Kindness to one who has been hurtful
–Going the Second Mile
–Giving Away that which others need
–Transformation of the Human Shadow
You will find all these practices explained in detail and many more principles revealed as Jesus taught them in my book series, Your Healing Spiritual Journey, a series of 9 books currently being developed. It is the most refreshing look at the real Jesus you’ll find today.
Instead of practicing these spiritual principles, the Christian Church has fabricated a theology that teaches–
–Fear of an angry God
–Punishment in a “hell” (that does not exist)
–The “sinfulness” of human beings
–That we are Separated from The Divine (Dualism)
–A fear of choosing to be Ourselves–the “slippery slope” syndrome
–A condemnation of thinking for Yourself (they will show you the way)
–That You are worthless without their theology
–That You cannot save yourself–Jesus said you can and must!
These and many more destructive beliefs have replaced the truth, as the religion of Christianity has turned the Aramaic Jesus into theological lies. These lies were dreamed up by men who made up a “God” who is like their own shadow selves where God is angry and vastly separated from us. Dualistic beliefs have cost humans their greatest possession, their greatest reality, their greatest treasure; their Divinity that Jesus taught was very real and knowable.
Instead of “the Kingdom of Heaven Within You” and Jesus teaching about how to know that, how to enter that, how to live out that reality, Christianity as an organized religion has taught that the church is the kingdom and it is all you need to get “saved” and get to “heaven.” Jesus would laugh at such delusion.
Jesus said that spirituality is the essence of saving ourselves from the unconsciousness of the religions of misguided men. Today’s Christianity, as practiced by most churches is a vast deviation from Jesus. Most of today’s churches would label him a “heretic” and a false teacher and throw him out if he were to visit some Sunday and speak of what he taught.
Spirituality is WITHIN. It is YOU. It is YOUR NATURE. Knowing our Divinity and practicing spirituality are the same experience according to the real Jesus! This is far, far from religion. It is your birthright to truly know who you are, to connect with that Reality, to personally and tangibly feel and know Divine Connection deep within your Self in ways that are so real, so visceral, so penetrating, so amazing, that you absolutely KNOW that you are part of The Divine, and by that put the kindergarten of “beliefs” far behind you. It is beyond beliefs that you will find and know Divine Connection.
