So they tell me that once again we have come to “Fat Tuesday!” Since I don’t like “punchkeys”, how do you spell the Polish word anyway, and I don’t like fat, at least on me, why would I eat what would add fat? The bottom line for me is “what’s really the point” in the religious acrobatics that the church goes through each and every year–Fat Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and on and on they go. Then they ask, “What are you giving up for lent?” This year, once again, I’m giving up the church for lent along with all its parade. With the church, I give up theology, “holy” days, making an ash of myself, and stuffing my Divinity into the perennial closet of shame. On this day, I proclaim that my Divinity is shining, I choose to support all other humans in claiming their Divinity and shining brightly, I celebrate my freedom from bowing to the traditions of men, I choose to transform my shadow and step into being a greater expression of The Divine on the planet? Were you able today, to see through any errors or mistakes you may have made? What did you see? To err is to be human. To be human is actually the experience of being Divine in a learning experience on the planet. To learn and grow from having made mistakes is something to celebrate. The roots of learning, growing, transforming our choices, becoming more of an expression of Divinity day by day, and allowing our Light to shine more brightly is why we are here in a physical body, on a physical planet, having this experience. Greeting our Divinity is far more what Jesus taught than most realize. I refuse to be labeled “sinful” by the church. They do not know Jesus. In the ancient text of Middle Eastern spirituality, we find the voice of Hokhmah in Thunder Speaks. Here She says, that the roots of all errors are to be found in Her as the beauty of the Feminine Face of The Divine. Because all mistakes and errors are for the purpose of allowing our Divinity to come into our daily practices as we learn, we can celebrate every mistake! How does your Divinity want to shine today? Aramaic Jesus, Divine Within

This posting is the beginning of several on the Aramaic Jesus’ concept of Light and Shadow. He had much to say about this–most of which has been distorted by Christian theology. We must always be aware that the English bible is many times a distortion of what Jesus said in Aramaic. For example: Luke 11:34-36 reveals to us that our Divinity is our most important focus. “When your eye (consciousness) is focused on your Divine Light, then your whole body is full of Light.” As we learn how to claim our Light, we shine brighter and brighter. It also says that we must be careful to not allow our Light to become darkness. We allow that when we believe the lies about our smallness and being “sinful.” We all live in varying degrees of consciousness and that is not bad, it is just the truth. When we learn how to choose the Light (our Divinity), the dark (shadow) dissipates and we begin to Shine more and more. The more we claim our Divinity the more we are filled with Divine Light. We are then “lit up” for eternal purposes. What is your Divine purpose waiting for you to claim as you become the Light that you are? There is no “sin” to be punished. Jesus said so. All mistakes and errors that we’ve made are then swallowed up in Divine Love that neutralizes all shadow. How will your Light shine today? You are Divine! Celebrate, as you move toward greater shining!

The Aramaic Jesus is vastly different than the one presented by most of Christianity. The church patriarchs have totally misunderstood the human shadow, and in doing so, they have labeled all of humanity as “sinful” and doomed. Nothing could be further from the truth of the real Jesus. He taught that “you are the light of the world” and by that revealed that it is our Divinity within that defines us rather than some fabricated theology. Our Shadow is our repressed Divinity that comes from our having believed the lies of theology instead of the truth that “the kingdom of heaven is within you.” I would much rather live in the energies of claiming my Divinity than be in the heap of condemnation. Am I human? Am I Divine? Yes! The Divine can never be separated from all that has been created. I am not part human and part Divine! I am Divinity having a human experience. Jesus said, “when you understand that the Greater I AM is within you the smaller I am, you are on the right path back home.” As we embrace our shadow, uncover what has kept us small, and claim the beauty of who we are, we can begin to step into the purpose for which we have come to the planet. But what about our mistakes, our errors, our hurting others at times, and other acts of being less than Divine while we are here in this human experience? I’ll begin to speak to that in my next blog. There are some delightful surprises ahead! The Aramaic Jesus full of healing surprises.

To all my new friends with me on this blog–thank you immensely for your kind words. I’ll be writing much more on this blog as I am writing more manuscripts these days for downloads from my website which is www.thedivineiswithinus.com Three downloads will be ready in just a few days. My greatest desire is to contribute to the Beauty in each of us by encouraging everyone to access their Divinity within, transform the shadows, become greater lights for the planet, and dance together in our shared Divinity. We are One! Meanwhile you can read excerpts from my wanderings through my own Divinity as I too, am learning to practice what I share with all. I have much to learn, and I need all of you, as a community of sharing and encouraging each other on our paths. Your path is unique along with some similarities to all of our paths. When each of us become the fullest expression of our Divinity, we fulfill our choices for coming to the planet. Bless you all.

Divinity, Aramaic Jesus

What does it mean to be human? Who coined that word and who has defined it? Why that? The time has come in “human” history to overcome the erroneous idea of Dualism. We are not separate from an angry male “God” somewhere up in the sky. It is from this perspective that I write about The Divine within us! If an atheist were to tell me there is no “God,” I would both agree and disagree. Indeed, I would agree that there is no “God” as presented in the religions of men. But I would disagree with the ignorant notion that The Divine does not exist. The Spirit of the Universe not only exists, IT is experientially knowable by us “humans.” If an agnostic were to tell me that he “does not know” of any Divine Being, I would say, “I hope you will know someday.” If he were then to say, as some do, “and you don’t know either,” my response to that is “How do you know that I don’t know?” Is The Divine knowable? The Aramaic Jesus taught that The Divine is not just knowable but that we are IT. How can that be? Check out my website (www.thedivineiswithinus.com) and discover that for yourself. Divinity Within, Shadow

Hi everyone, my website was down for a couple of days. We changed hosts and are up and running. Today, I’m wondering how your Divinity is shining in the world. Every creative thought and creative expression is your Divinity shining through. Sometimes we take that for granted and don’t even consider the Source of Creativity. That Source is YOU and the Divine Self that you are. All Is One! There is nothing quite like our creativity that brings beauty into existence. When shared with others, what we create brings delight, connection, more sharing, celebration, and mutual encouragement to all. The more we give birth to creativity, the more beauty there is to bring healing to the planet. So, write something, paint something, speak your truth in Love, dig a hole and plant something, build something, share love with someone that encourages them on their path, or whatever comes from your deepest desire to share beauty. We need each other.

Divine Within, Shadow

Our Shadow is where our dreams live! It is where we have repressed our Divinity and all that we’ve come here to be. No one else can do what you’ve agreed to come to the planet and bring forth. Is the Shadow also where our dreams are reviewed before we choose to celebrate all that will bring them forth? The Shadow is at times what follows along behind us and scares the “hell” out of us! It is also your Future Self trying to catch up to you and celebrate your Divine purpose for being here. You are far more beautiful than you’ve yet known. What holds you back from your magnificence? You can do this!! Yes!! As you birth your new Self, let me know what you are doing. We are in this together. We are Divine! Let your Light shine.

Divine Within, Aramaic Jesus

How has your Divinity showed up today? Each time we express love to anyone in any way, that is our Divine Self showing up. Each word of kindness, each act of empathy, each time we encourage someone, we are revealing our Divine Self. The Divine is the Source of Love and we are IT!! We no longer have to live small. We no longer have to live with doubt. We no longer have to be tormented with not being good enough! Every act of courage, every word of support to another, every smile that comes across our face, is all our Divinity shining. The Aramaic Jesus said, “You are the Light of the world when you choose to claim your Divinity by putting your Light up in a visible place.” Like putting a candle up where it can give light rather than hiding it under a basket. To let our Light (our Divinity) shine, is not the ego! Jesus said, claim it, share it, and dance in your Divinity. It is our Birthright! Hiding our Divinity is smallness. Shining is Divine! Turn on your favorite music and dance to your Divine Self.
